    Great cross country and road training concepts for youth, but also motivating and highly recommended great training read for adults such as myself. I wish this book had been around when I ran cross country in college, the course strategies I never even thought of. In any case, both Mark’s book and Mark as a phenomenal athlete and retired SEAL have motivated me to running, swimming, and biking with a joyful purpose I thought I had lost. Hooyah!!
