12 Week Run Program


The foundation of every plan should be a strength program to support your running goals. We will also develop an individualized program to target the prevention of past injuries or recovery from a current injury. This is all accomplished with a combination of all of the following;

  • Detailed video run analysis (every 4 weeks)
  • Individualized run progression schedule 
  • Pre-run warmup routine 
  • Strength drills
  • Strength exercise routine 
  • Injury prevention exercises 
  • Post-run routine 
  • Supplement recommendations




My 12-week program was built for runners that are ready for change. Ready to be taught how to run and overcome previous injuries through detailed video analysis and a program that supports your goals. I understand there is NOT one program for everyone. With my weekly video chats we can develop a detailed plan to fit your schedule and goals.
